There was fierce competition in the Crest Plus office this week as teams battled it out to see who could make the most delicious Afternoon Tea on St George’s Day.

With several avid bakers in the office and a former professional chef, everyone had their work cut out – the stakes were high!

However, as you can see, each department did us proud…

A slightly unconventional entry from the Customer Service Team…

But the overall winner was…the Payments Team!

Paula Joyce is photographed receiving our much-coveted ‘Your a Winner’ trophy on behalf of the Payments Team!  Well done!

Our celebration for St George, went like a dream

I didn’t know that so many things went with clotted cream!

The home-baking was amazing, a sight for sore eyes,

Including Luke staying up all night baking his Balti Pies.

 

I tried enough savouries to make me wobble on my legs

I’ve still to get to Finance and try the dinosaur-sized Scotch Eggs

But the main thing was the presentation and the way the desks were laid

And in Crest Plus style and tradition, what an effort all teams made.

 

But now to pick a winner, and please don’t anybody nag

As I’ll be sneaking around the desks soon filling up my doggy bag

For creativity, décor and imagination, as well as that fifties theme,

The new Crest Plus trophy goes to …….The Payments Team.
