Meet the Account Management Team

Our Account Management Team is a vital part of Crest Plus. Helping to build long-term relationships with our agency partners, they are always on hand to answer questions and advise you on any matters relating to compliance or off-payroll working.
As we grow and continue to support more agency partners than ever, we’ve recently had some new additions to our Account Management Team – say a big “welcome” to Luke Heritage, Chris Wilde, Stephen Gill, and Kerry McCord who have joined Charlotte Shearer, Nikki Amor, and Rhyann Allen on our growing Account Management Team.
Luke Heritage – Business Development Team Manager
Why did you want to join Crest Plus?
I have worked for Crest Plus previously and left on great terms – which I hope speaks volumes about the culture we have here. I have stayed in touch with the management team throughout my 4.5 years elsewhere, so when the opportunity came to head up the account management function and grow the team, I jumped at it.
How do you spend your free time?
I enjoy posh food and drink, going out for meals or cooking at home, collecting records, and following my dreadful football team, West Bromwich Albion.
What is your main goal for 2022?
I want our account managers to continue delivering best-in-class service to our agency partners, in a hard-working but enjoyable environment that allows us to achieve both our team and individual goals. …If the Albion could get promoted as well, that would be great!
Chris Wilde – Account Manager
Why did you want to join Crest Plus?
I wanted to work with a highly reputable and growing company, so when I had the opportunity to work at Crest Plus, I knew it was the perfect place.
How do you spend your free time?
I love football, so any free time I have, I like to get outside for a kick about. Otherwise, I’m spending time making memories with my little boy.
What is your main goal for 2022?
Career-wise, I’d love to progress to a more senior role to enhance my own skills and abilities and support the company through its growth.
Kerry McCord – Account Manager
Why did you want to join Crest Plus?
I have recently taken a career break and was looking to do something completely different and out of my comfort zone. Crest Plus was the perfect opportunity to do this and to get experience in a new field of work. I had also heard about the success and growth of the company as well as the friendly nature of the staff which made it even more appealing.
How do you spend your free time?
If I am completely honest, I spend most of my free time exercising. For the last 5 months I have been a part of Warrior training in Chester which has been a gruelling but enjoyable experience so far.I also like to socialise at the weekends with friends and family.
What is your main goal for 2022?
Having been given the great opportunity to be a part of the Business Development Team here at Crest Plus, I would like to continue to grow and develop in this new position and contribute to the ongoing growth of the company.
Stephen Gill – Account Manager
Why did you want to join Crest Plus?
I wanted to join a well-established company that is growing and providing further career progression.
How do you spend your free time?
Playing football – Sprinting up and down the wing on a Sunday morning with a hangover, and also playing 5 and 8 a side midweek, going to the gym, and going to restaurants far too often!
What is your main goal for 2022?
In terms of my career, I would like to gain further responsibility by becoming the dedicated Account Manager for our largest agencies, improving the service they receive from us, and ultimately helping them with greater worker satisfaction.
Personally, I want to reach my financial target goal to start applying for mortgages. Score 15 goals before the end of the season in football and be able to run 5K in 18 minutes.
Rhyann Allen – Account Manager
When did you join Crest Plus & what is your favourite thing about your role?
I joined in April 2019. One of my favourite things about working at Crest Plus is the people that work here, they’re truly some of the nicest people I have ever worked with!
How do you spend your free time?
I attend bike races, extreme endure, and downhill mountain biking. I also love to spend time with friends and family as much as I can.
What is your main goal for 2022?
I’d like to buy a house next year.
Charlotte Shearer – Account Manager
When did you join Crest Plus & what is your favourite thing about your role?
I’ve been working at Crest Plus since 2006. My favourite thing about this role is the ability it gives me to make others’ lives easier by understanding what they need and helping people resolve their issues, while building long term relationships between Crest Plus and the recruitment agency.
How do you spend your free time?
I’ve recently moved into a new house, so I spend any free time working on the list of small projects that come with that. And, when I’m not sorting the house, I’ll be busy playing and making crafts with my two young daughters.
What is your main goal for 2022?
I’d like to be able to complete the list of projects for the new house so I can start enjoying it properly… And hopefully get away on a nice holiday!
Nikki Armor – Account Manager
When did you join Crest Plus & what is your favourite thing about your role?
I joined Crest Plus back in 2014. My favourite part of the role is the variety, not one day is the same and I am kept fully on my toes!
How do you spend your free time?
Most of my free time is spent with my little girl, so weekends are usually full of crafts and Barbie’s!
What is your main goal for 2022?
My main goal for 2022 is to hopefully travel more, I feel like we’ve missed out the last couple of years due to covid so I’d love to just get out and about and see the world.
