It may be cliché to say that people are our biggest asset, but they truly are!

We are delighted to announce that Crest Plus have achieved our goal to reach the Investors in People 6th Generation Standard and have been awarded Silver status, which is fantastic news for our staff and customers alike.

“We are fortunate at Crest Plus to have a fantastic team of dedicated, professional people who will always go the extra mile to look after our agency and contractor customers.  The Investors in People Award helps to demonstrate our commitment to making Crest Plus a great place to work and to help everyone be the best they can be.” Val Lawton, Joint Managing Director who is pictured with Sam Mead, Commercial Manager.
Investors in People Silver is awarded to the top 5 percentile of organisations assessed and signals a high performing culture and a commitment to the development and success of employees, grouped around three enablers of leading, improving and supporting.  It tells our customers that we are always striving to provide the very best services.
Assessment involved interviews and discussions with people at all levels within Crest Plus, together with worked based evidence.  Looking at a wide range of criteria including leadership; values and behaviours; empowering and involving people; managing performance; recognition and reward; building capability, delivering continuous improvement and creating sustainable success.
Investors in People status complements our accreditation with the FCSA, the Freelancer and Contractor Services Association which proves to customers that we are committed to the very highest standards of compliance.
