For Project / Assignment work relating to week ending Sunday 22 December 2019: Contracting hours and rates required by 12 noon Tuesday 24 December 2019 followed by funds for payment to Subcontractor / Employee by 27 December 2019.

All claims for week ending the Sunday 22 December 2019: Crest Plus must be in receipt of completed expense claim forms by Monday 23 December 2019 for payment on Friday 27 December 2019.
