NEW SENIOR APPOINTMENTS

We are delighted to announce that Paul McDonnell and Val Lawton have been appointed as joint Managing Directors of Crest Plus Operations following the recent retirement of Derek Harling.

Paul joined the company in 2006 and is a well-known figure among our recruitment agency partners, having led on business development activity of Crest Plus for the past 13 years. He will continue to focus on business development, supported by Ian Young and the Crest Plus team.

Val has recently celebrated her first anniversary since joining Crest Plus in March 2018. She too has worked in the recruitment sector and contractor payments industry for over two decades. Val is our lead on operations, finance, compliance and regulatory issues.

Derek Harling stepped down on Friday though is going to continue to be involved on a consultancy basis. He said:

We have worked hard to ensure our services are among the best in the industry and we are known for our strong ethics and high standards of compliance. I’m proud of all that has been achieved and know that our customers are in very capable hands with Paul and Val now leading the way.”

The announcement of our new leadership follows hard on the heels of FCSA Accreditation in February and acquisition by JSA Group.
