Invoicing
For Project / Assignment work relating to week ending Sunday 23 December 2018: Contracting hours and rates required by 12 noon Thursday 27 December 2018 followed by funds for payment to Subcontractor / Employee by 28 December 2018.

Expense Claims
All claims for week ending the Sunday 23 December 2018: Crest Plus must be in receipt of completed expense claim forms by Monday 27 December 2018 for payment on Friday 28 December 2018.
